Actually, I think we have split out the multi-CUDA builds to https://github.com/omnia-md/conda-recipes-cuda and will simply use the CUDA 9.2 build image for this particular repo for now (until we transition to CUDA-less builds or get everything moved to Closing this PR in favor of #925 |

This attempts to sync up the build infrastructure with http://github.com/omnia-md/conda-dev-recipes to build with all CUDA versions 7.5 through 9.2 as needed
