Description
First iteration of the wireguard experiment. This experiment uses https://github.com/amnezia-vpn/amneziawg-go, a fork of userspace wireguard that adds obfuscation parameters to the typical wireguard packets and is backwards compatible with wireguard.
Distributing valid credentials is more complicated than for the case of OpenVPN, and thus I'm only testing this with local oonirun files. A separate issue will be created to come up with a viable strategy to distribute valid credentials from the OONI backend.
