   After a second though, this one https://github.com/serverlessworkflow/sdk-java/blob/main/fluent/spec/src/main/java/io/serverlessworkflow/fluent/spec/dsl/WorkflowSpec.java#L45-L48 seems fine to me in the standard fluent.
   what we should avoid in the standard fluent are things not supported by the standard spec, like java functions, but using a Map here to populate the subflow input is standard
