Summary
Add the 7.x branch to dependabot configuration so it receives automatic dependency updates alongside 4.x, 5.x, and main.
The 7.x branch will receive weekly Maven dependency updates with the same patch/minor grouping and major version ignoring rules as the other maintained branches.
