There should be some speed up we can do. This might include

• aggregate in the api to gsp and dno, could also do total - Issue/gsp dno total #119 Add DNO route #104 Add DNO when adding a site #108
• Add time filters on forecast and true routes #110 -add start and end times on forecast and generation #120
• add lat lon filters #111
• Pivot return object on time #112 - Issue/compact #118
• Add active caching #113
• Speed up, check user has access to all sites #116
