Issue: #77
Description: Created a simple landing page for TechTonic2.0, it feels techy and is responsive to laptop and mobile screens. The color theme is bluish-black and the sub-domains of this repo from the readme file are also mentioned for understandability of user.
Attaching photos in laptop and phone.
