改动的内容比较多,大部分是围绕容器化的改动,目标是一个docker-compose

文件启动所有项目(现在已经完成),如数据库的操作,setting.py文件中地址的更改.
去掉原来使用脚本的方式,做到真正的可以分布式运行,为后面编写k8s编排做准备
具体整体docker-compose文件在git的opendevops项目里,
