This pull request makes a small wording update to the greeting in the learner progress report error message heading.

Changed the default greeting in the error message heading from "Hey, nice to see you" to "Namaste, nice to see you" in the Admin component (src/components/AdminV2/index.jsx).

For all changes

Ensure adequate tests are in place (or reviewed existing tests cover changes)

Only if submitting a visual change

Ensure to attach screenshots
Ensure to have UX team confirm screenshots
