Hi! I'd like to suggest edfcore for the Electrophysiology Software list.
edfcore is an open-source, zero-dependency TypeScript library for reading EDF-family electrophysiology recordings directly in browser and Node.js applications.
It supports EDF, EDF+, BDF, and BDF+ and provides programmatic access to signal samples, channel metadata, per-channel sampling rates, physical units, annotations, and recording timelines.

npm:
https://www.npmjs.com/package/edfcore
License: MIT
I'm the developer/maintainer of the project. Happy to open a PR adding it to whichever section you think is most appropriate.
