 - Scripts moved to src/approvalTest to emphasize the importance of maintaining the files.
- Location of the approval test moved to build folder so it is cleaned by the gradle build facility.

Make cobol-check insert FD variables in the FD area and not in WS. This removes naming collisions (Handle 88 level spanning multiple lines)
