docs: add delegated permissions to MS Teams Step 3 (EN + ZH) - #141

The zylos-ms-teams component uses a hybrid auth model — app-only for core bot operations and delegated auth for emoji reactions, channel history, and file downloads. Step 3 previously only listed the 4 application permissions. Now includes all 5 delegated permissions (Chat.ReadWrite, ChannelMessage.Send, ChannelMessage.Read.All, Files.Read.All, offline_access) as required. Provides downloadable manifest.json, color.png (192x192), and outline.png (32x32) so users don't need to source their own icons. Step 7 updated to point to the template files instead of asking users to create everything from scratch. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Clean docs update. Two improvements:

Step 3: Splits permissions into Application (4) + Delegated (5) sections with clear tables. The 5 delegated permissions (Chat.ReadWrite, ChannelMessage.Send, ChannelMessage.Read.All, Files.Read.All, offline_access) are correct for hybrid auth.

Step 7: Replaces inline JSON code block with downloadable manifest template + icons. Better UX — users download, edit placeholders, zip. More placeholders (company name, bot name, descriptions) make it more customizable.
EN/ZH consistent. LGTM.
