moqx-issuer exits on every invocation in the published image (no args, --help, --version):
$ docker run --rm --entrypoint moqx-issuer ghcr.io/openmoq/moqx:latest --help
ERROR: something wrong with flag 'flagfile' in file '.../gflags-2.2.2/src/gflags.cc'.
One possibility: file '.../gflags.cc' is being linked both statically and
dynamically into this executable.
It fails during gflags flag registration, before main runs. The relay binary in the same image is unaffected.
Likely cause: moqx-issuer links the bare gflags target (static, per GFLAGS_SHARED OFF) alongside Folly::folly_init_init, which brings in the shared gflags — two copies, each registering flagfile.
Found incidentally while testing #505; unrelated to that change.
