This is dependent on

• Configuration ~ (feat) O3-5124: Add Patient Identifier Sticker configuration to Distro openmrs-content-referenceapplication#10
• Frontend module ~ Fix logo and address not showing in Sticker openmrs-module-patientdocuments#3
• Bug fix for logo and address on testing ~ Fix logo and address not showing in Sticker openmrs-module-patientdocuments#3

The errors i found on testing have been addressed with openmrs/openmrs-module-patientdocuments#3
This also depends on configuration at ~ openmrs/openmrs-content-referenceapplication-demo#48
