The PR looks fine assuming we actually want to remove this class, which at this point I don't really see the value, given that it introduces some amount of backwards-incompatibility and issn't currently causing any issues by being here... |

WHAT I DID,
Removed indicatorReportRenderer class and its corresponding IndicatorReportRenderer class
This returned url return "/module/reporting/reports/renderers/nonConfigurableReportRenderer.form?type=" + rendererType.getName() has its own controller class so ideally this has no effect to jsp files
