Migrate OLM v1 QE Stress Tests
This PR migrates OLM v1 stress testing capabilities from the internal QE test repository (openshift-tests-private) to the public test extension framework.
What / Solution
This PR adds comprehensive stress testing infrastructure for OLM v1, including both functional stress tests and performance measurement tools.
