add modern hover animations and styling enhancements

This PR updates the footer section to have a modern, interactive feel by adding hover animations and improved visual styling.

Changes Implemented:

• Footer Links (.footer-link):

  • Added smooth color transition and slight slide-in effect on hover.
  • Added underline animation using ::after.

• Open Source Society Badge (.oss-badge):

  • Styled as a rounded button border with soft shadows and border.
  • Added hover lift animation and enhanced box-shadow for depth.

• Social Links (.social-link):

  • Added lift effect on hover.
  • Smooth background and color transition with subtle shadow animation.

Visual Improvements:

• Smooth transitions for all interactive elements.
• Subtle box-shadow animations for a more polished look.
• Better hover feedback for links .

Testing:

• Verified hover effects work consistently on Chrome, Firefox, and Edge.
• Checked responsiveness on mobile, tablet, and desktop.
