This PR adds light/dark theme support to the Contact section of the website. The section now adapts dynamically when the user switches between themes, ensuring consistent design across the entire site.

🔧 Changes Made
Applied CSS variables (--bg-color, --text-color, etc.) to the contact section styles.
Updated the form, headings, and contact info to respect theme changes.
Ensured buttons and hover effects work seamlessly in both light and dark modes.
