Add Feedback & Reviews Section Above Footer in homepage

Description:

This PR introduces a new Feedback & Reviews section to the homepage.
It allows users to share their thoughts directly on the site, improving engagement and user experience.

Changes Made:

• Added a new section above the footer titled "Feedback & Reviews."
• Created a feedback form with an input field and submit button.
• Implemented JavaScript to:
• Display submitted feedback dynamically below the form.
• Show a success message: "Submitted successfully! Thank you for your feedback."
• Styled the section using CSS to match the existing theme.
• Ensured responsiveness and accessibility.

Why:

• Previously, users had no way to leave feedback.
• This section provides an easy way to collect feedback and improve the site.
