A note: while I was able to successfully build this, "stable" is so horribly broken, especially in comparison to the "unstable" branch which works great, that this pull request may or may not even really be worth the effort to review. Up to you. |

This corrects a problem where the old version of libpbnjson is incompatible with YAJL 2 and updates a bunch of other components' versions to the latest which still successfully build.
