Prevent markdown autosave echoes from overwriting newer local editor state by tagging each editor-originated Lix write with an
originKeyand teaching the markdown observer to ignore same-origin changes.This adds per-write origin tracking to Lix and uses it in Flashtype’s markdown editor autosave flow. Markdown file writes are stamped with a stable editor-instance origin, exposed through
lix_change/history surfaces, and observed alongside file data. The editor now treats same-origin observations as local echoes, applies external changes only when clean, and preserves dirty local edits when different-origin changes arrive.
