Summary

• update @inlang/sdk to Lix 0.12.3
• carry a patch changeset for the SDK
• refresh the lockfile without unrelated dependency churn

Lix 0.12.3 fixes Node worker startup when the host supplies worker-incompatible runtime flags such as VS Code's --expose-gc, while preserving compatible permission flags.

Validation

• pnpm --filter @inlang/sdk test (123 passed, 19 skipped, 4 todo)
