The "Documentation Change" category used the singular `label:` key with a list value. release-drafter's schema treats `label` as a single string, so config validation failed (categories[4].label expected string), blocking the release draft. Backports a docs update to stable to reflect collection version 1.8.3. Also fixes release-drafter config by switching the "Documentation Change" category from "label:" to "labels:" to pass schema validation and unblock release drafts.
