- integrate KSCrash through SPM and collect MetricKit diagnostics
- sanitize and persist crash context, breadcrumbs, and non-fatal reports
- require per-report review and consent before upload
- add pending-report banner, diagnostics screen, and test crash controls
- add local Python receiver and human-readable HTML reviewer
- update privacy declarations, documentation, fixtures, and tests
