Convert the contributor's metadata table to YAML frontmatter and drop stray anchor lines, add a Go further section, translate the guide to FR, and create EN symlinks for de/es/it/pl/pt. Register the guide in config/sidebar/index.md (merges the index edit from PR 397 into this PR).
