Add block output format to eyaml_encrypt - #134

Add a `block` boolean attribute wrapping `encrypted_data` at 60 characters instead of a single line, as `eyaml encrypt -o block` does. Changing it replaces the resource. Signed-off-by: Julien Riou <julien.riou@ovhcloud.com>
