@codex review Final head e999716 incorporates the three newly reported #51 oracle/evidence findings. Explicit exports and exact source-capture catalog have failing-before/passing-after mutation regressions. Pinned origins.json binds the historical commits/archive digests to the existing capture evidence; no fresh download is claimed. Twelve baseline Rust cases, nine Python checks and formatting pass. Emitter, shared compiler, captured source bytes and prior provenance pins are unchanged. All three threads are answered/resolved. The prior review has completed; please review this final delta. CI must qualify this SHA. |

@codex review Final head 5c4ee44 adds the two subsequent #51 MEX oracle corrections: exact captured operation catalog and complete variables shape. Both new mutation regressions fail before and pass after; all fourteen baseline Rust cases, nine Python checks and formatting pass, with targeted MEX Clippy green. Shape names/structure are source-backed; scalar tags remain explicitly name-based approximations. Production MEX/emitter and captured evidence bytes are unchanged. The previous review completed, and both findings are answered/resolved. CI must qualify this final SHA. |

@codex review Final head 684a48c incorporates the later #55 finding about complete MEX presence nodes. The oracle now compares the full literal tree, with nineteen structural mutations reproducing the preceding gap and passing after correction. Fifteen baseline Rust cases, nine Python checks, formatting and targeted MEX Clippy pass. The compiled report opening now reflects the passing eight-group suites and labels initial failures/pending steps as historical. Production code and source capture bytes are unchanged. Previous review completed; all known threads are resolved. Current-head CI remains required. |

@codex review Final head 9be0d75 pins reviewed MEX identity (name/query kind/persisted ID), with a failing-before/passing-after mutation regression. Sixteen Rust baseline cases, nine Python checks, formatting and targeted MEX Clippy pass. The response-tree suggestion is explicitly disposed as outside the assigned input-variable triage; README/test module make no claim to qualify MEX response extraction or generated response structs. No production defect there was reproduced. All threads are resolved with evidence or bounded disposition; previous reviews completed. Final-head CI remains required. |

Qualification status: final heads #51 33c2b3d and #55 9be0d75 have clean completed Codex reviews, successful CodeRabbit statuses and no open review threads. The final CI runs 37837165558 and 37837170355 were created at 20:08 UTC and remain queued after more than an hour, with no job steps started and attempt=1. A repository-level read found nine queued runs and none in progress. Cause is undetermined; no rerun, CI configuration change, readiness transition or merge was performed. Both PRs remain draft pending CI on these exact SHAs. Local evidence and bounded MEX-response exclusion are recorded in their descriptions. |

The CI queue blocker is cleared. Both final-head runs completed successfully: #51 33c2b3d / https://github.com/oxidezap/whatspec/actions/runs/37837165558 and #55 9be0d75 / https://github.com/oxidezap/whatspec/actions/runs/37837170355. Each passed check, determinism and conformance-fixtures. Exact-head Codex reviews are clean, CodeRabbit is successful, and the readiness check found no conflicts or open review threads. Both PRs are now ready for review against main cf3291d. #55 still includes #51's independent baseline; the merged IQ implementation/shared harness are absent from its delta. No PR merge, release or closure of #54 was performed. |

Qualification reopened: the ready transition triggered three later #51 findings (outer response assertions, captured unparseable catalog and response-parser identities) at 22:15 UTC. The latest read shows both PRs back in draft. I am reproducing and addressing these baseline gaps, then integrating them here. The earlier successful CI remains evidence for 33c2b3d/9be0d75 only; replacement heads will need their own checks. The preceding readiness status is superseded by this update. |

@codex review Final head 5ac24f7 incorporates the three later #51 IQ oracle findings: empty outer guards, parser identities and exact captured fragment diagnostics. The three new regressions fail against the prior oracle and pass after correction. Nineteen baseline Rust cases, nine Python checks and formatting pass. Only tests/documentation changed; main remains cf3291d and the emitter/shared compiler are unchanged. Previous review is complete and all known threads are resolved. Prior-head CI was green, but final-head CI is separately required. |

Independent composed IQ qualification against main cf3291d. Published head: 5ac24f7.
The remaining delta contains #51's independent baseline (e9a1fb0), source-backed compiled fixtures for two snapshots, and unique Cargo example names preventing workspace output collisions. IQ production implementation, admission/version changes and the shared Cargo-bound fixture compiler are inherited from user-merged #53 and absent from this diff. #51 is the only remaining overlapping PR.
The initial main update at 3b5d8b9 preserved the complete tree of 92f2adf (9f27c2a351a0f3c58d25aea82fec34cedb558bd2). Subsequent commits improve independent oracles/evidence and clarify documentation; they are not tree-identical. Ancestry and the shared harness remain preserved.
Eight independently maintained groups per snapshot cover requests, empty/approval success, outcome order, invalid inputs, correlation, optional fields and absent/empty/UTF-8/non-UTF-8 error content. Expectations come from preserved Web bodies; only adapter/constructors are shared with the owner's fixture. The compiler binds to the exact offline Cargo artifact and selected rustc.
The baseline now checks exact IQ names/catalog/structure, MEX identity/catalog and complete variables shape/presence trees, plus pinned archive/source origins. MEX remains bounded input-variable triage: response selection and generated MEX response structs are not qualified. The response-coverage suggestion was explicitly scoped and documented. The compiled report's opening reflects passing pilots; earlier failures/counts/timings are retained as historical evidence.
Local validation across the integrated changes: both snapshot executables pass eight groups; runtime integration and compiler regressions pass; nineteen baseline Rust cases, nine Python checks, formatting and targeted Clippy pass. Codegen/harness and capture bytes are unchanged by the oracle follow-ups. All known threads are resolved. Final-head CI 37857012133 passed all three jobs on 2026-10-08 at 23:03 UTC. The final-head Codex review completed without findings. All threads are resolved and the PR is ready for review, verified at 23:07 UTC. No merge performed.
Conformance/admission documents retain historical workspace/schema/lint/determinism results, generation size/time and maintenance cost; those do not replace current-head CI. No fresh full recapture is claimed. This qualifies bounded reference fixtures/two IQ pilots, not all operations, an external client or live server. No bundle eval, real account, baseline relaxation, PR merge, release or closure of #54.
Later IQ oracle review: empty outer response assertions, outer/nested RPC parser identities and the three captured mixin-fragment diagnostics are now pinned. Three new mutation regressions fail before and pass after; only baseline tests/documentation changed. The final head independently passed all three CI jobs and review; prior-head results were not substituted.
