Publish docker image

We merged a PR to build and publish a docker image, but there hasn’t been a recent release to trigger it. The docs describing it were auto published through, so they describe a docker image that isn’t live yet. Could we trigger a new p release or manually run the docker publishing GitHub action so the image is released?

@AD1024 you reviewed the docker PR. Would you be able to run this action to publish the initial image?

Update: I ran the workflow but seems the published artifact is private. I don’t have access to visibility settings. Will reach out to admins for resolving this issue.
