Summary
Updates the
util::tools::archbash function instack/scripts/.util/tools.shto correctly identify thes390xandppc64learchitectures. This prevents the utility scripts from failing with an "Unknown Architecture" error when executed on these hardware platforms.related : paketo-buildpacks/jammy-tiny-stack#257
