Ports the LeaderboardPage app from packages/uikit-next/src/pages/. Imports adjusted for this project's module layout (Text/Toggle/IconButton pulled from their individual primitive folders; icons from Icons.tsx); otherwise the markup, styling, and behavior are a verbatim copy. CSS relies on the same --pcs-colors-* variables already in use by other pages and works in both light and dark themes. Story registered as Apps › Leaderboard › Default.
