fix(pyright): microsoft/pyright#10924 ignore

From the feedback in microsoft/pyright#10924, it seems that mypy was right to give Any in a few places. We should ignore pyright instead.

We will have to see when pyright fixes the issues, whether we can remove those ignores. Usually pyright is better than mypy, but this might be a case where the reverse is true.
