This pull request introduces significant improvements to the CI/CD pipeline for the PaperlessPaper firmware, focusing on enhanced automation, testing, and deployment safety. Configuration and Environment Management

• Added a detailed .env.example file to document and standardize environment variable setup for firmware, CI, and HIL testbench.
