@davxy as part of the development of the Ideal Network, a randomness provider parachain coming soon to Polkadot (see referenda 1383 for more details), we are using this lib to verify pulses received from drand in our drand bridge pallet. |

This PR updates the
sp-crypto-ec-utilsdependency to use the crates.io version, reenabling this crate to be published
