ping? @patefacio would you mind taking a look? This is a pretty trivial PR, but it's blocking me from landing some updates to the flutter project since they use this package and are locked in to an older version of args by its pub constraint. |

Thank you and sorry for the delay. There is a gentleman from Workiva interested in enhancing (making work in browser also) and owning this project. So turnaround should improve. |

This just bumps the upper bound of the args package to include 1.0 packages. Fixes #8 .
