Added Tic Tac Toe and Word Search mini-games under the Games folder.
Includes HTML files and assets, fully tested and ready for use.
( those pages are mobile friendly as well )

Added a Tic Tac Toe game in Games/tic_tac_toe_game/
Added a Word Search Puzzle game in Games/word_search_puzzle_game/
Added necessary images and assets
Why
To contribute fun mini-games to Project Vault
Adds interactive features for users

All new files are under Games/ folder
Tested locally, should work on web
