add header compatibility with prometheus

Hello !

Here is a quick MR that permit to add some header to prometheus client.

We are using a oauth proxy to protect our thanos endpoint and need a Header for application connecting to it.

I implemented only in the promtheus part, we can check together if more things need to be done.

It actually work like a charm in my different clusters
