You can install napari-basicpy via pip:
pip install napari-basicpy
napari-basicpy (>=1.0.0) requires BaSiCPy ≥ 2.0.
If you need compatibility with BaSiCPy < 2.0, please use an earlier plugin version:
To install latest development version :
pip install git+https://github.com/peng-lab/napari-basicpy.git
Contributions are very welcome. Tests can be run with tox, please ensure the coverage at least stays the same before you submit a pull request.
