When TX_DISABLE_ERROR_CHECKING is enabled, txe_xx APIs are unavailable, so the tracealyzer can not be compiled. Added tx_xx API wrappers.

When TX_DISABLE_ERROR_CHECKING is enabled, txe_xx APIs are unavailable, so the tracealyzer can not be compiled, added tx_xx API wrappers in "trcCTI" to make it compatible with TX_DISABLE_ERROR_CHECKING enabled/disabled option.
