Introduce new documentation and contributing guides for Playwright-based tests and QA integration. Added CONTRIBUTING.md for cli/ and e2e_tests/, new README files for e2e_tests/ and qa-integration/, and expanded cli/README.md with folder map, run commands, tags, and related workspaces. Updated top-level README.md to a concise repository overview with a workspace table and links to relevant test areas.
