Fix project metadata and add "Use Cases" to docs

This PR is a purely documentation and internal metadata update, designed to improve the project's discoverability.

• Adds consistent keywords and homepage links to all package.json, and updates their description fields to be relevant. Adds similar keyword updates to all Cargo.toml, as well as pyproject.toml`
• Adds README.md with quick start information to all npm and pypi packages.
• Refactored website for ROBOTS.txt and AGENTS.txt mapping, flattens query param examples into real paths so they are indexed, adds project description to index.html raw html.
• Adds published benchmarks from the latest run to the docs site project gallery.
• Adds a new "Use Cases" docs section, featuring:
  • Real-time dashboards over WebSocket
  • Streaming pivot tables
  • Visualizing millions of rows in the browser
  • Trading blotters, order books and market data
  • Interactive pivot tables and charts in Jupyter
  • A UI for DuckDB, ClickHouse and PostgreSQL
    • Case study: a multi-billion row tick history in a browser tab with DuckLake and DuckDB-WASM
  • Embedded analytics in a web application
  • LLM and agent-driven analytics
