This PR removes the
@perspective-dev/clientand@perspective-dev/viewerinline builds, which were eating more than 50% of the package size of these published assets. I've added a docs page clarifying how to build this assets in a few configurations if it is still needed.Also fixes for:
"#3237 (and addes test)
