Description
Exports RTP Header Extensions.
At Cloudflare we serialize RTP state for graceful upgrading of software using tableflip as described at: https://blog.cloudflare.com/graceful-upgrades-in-go/. Exporting the extensions could be useful for others as well for similar reasons.
