• It fixes Task unnecessarily assigning technician as ticket owner GLPI 11.0.0 glpi-project/glpi#21232
• Here is a brief description of what this PR does
  When a technician is assigned a task, they are assigned as the technician for the ticket/change/problem on which the task was created.
