Adds a new sample
nodejs-typescript-github.This sample demonstrates how you can ingest GitHub issues, pull requests, and commits.
The sample is written in TypeScript and runs on Azure Functions (nodejs). Data is ingested by using a GitHub webhook to send events to the Azure Function HTTP trigger.
