The AVCodecContext.codec_name has been depricated and removed. Use AVCodec.name instead, which existed since the initial revision.

Make sources build against newer Libav and FFmpeg libraries.
Builds against the sources of (2018-01-25):
Untrunc uses an internal header of Libav/FFmpeg.
So you need to use the sources for Libav/FFmpeg with Untrunc.
