feat: search, filter and sort saved investigations

What changes for the learner?

Find saved investigations by title, notes, or experiment name. Combine experiment and bug/fix filters, sort by update time or title, and use the result count and Clear filters to recover from an empty search. Refreshing or editing a note recomputes the current filtered view.

Model assumptions or compatibility impact

Filtering runs in the browser over the authenticated owner's workspace snapshot. Search text stays local. The helper returns a new list with deterministic tie ordering, preserving the stored investigations and replay links.

Validation

• pnpm check — 67 tests, TypeScript, and lint pass.
• pnpm build:vercel — includes the production pnpm build and gateway packaging.
• Chromium at 1440×1000 and 390×844 using the local Sites test sign-in and real local D1 records: search through notes, combined filters, title sort, refresh persistence, re-filtering after a note edit, and reopen links.
• No horizontal page overflow or uncaught browser errors in the tested views.
