Workshop organizing guide

I thought that such a guide would be useful, especially now that we are organizing a workshop together with collaborators that experience this for the first time.

This is a first draft, we will need to add a lot more.

@IshaanDesai @carme-hp have I forgotten anything regarding the fields we typically add in the registration and abstract submission forms?

• Last year, the abstract submission form also contained the option to ask for an invitation letter.
• The registration form also included questions about a special diet requirements and childcare requirements.
• Regarding the finances, we should add a point on travel awards. The Invited speaker is expected to have a travel award. (And so would be an external course-instructor!). We might also consider travel awards for participants with limited budget and members of the preCICE team.

Yes, I wanted to have this on the website already to communicate with the organizers and encourage editing.
