Description
When the contribution is interrupted (for example by having conectivity issues or reloading the page during uploading), the website was not able to resume the contribution. It failed because it skipped redoing previous steps although the previously used ceremony artifact and computation were not available anymore.
This PR fixes this issue by letting the front-end redo the necessary contribution steps.
It is related to this PR for the backend logic: privacy-ethereum/p0tion#362
