Remove php 5.6 and Symfony 2.8 support (Codeception#39)

* Remove support of eol php

* Remove eol symfony from travis, test over php 7.4

* Remove references to symfony 2

* remove eol php and symfony from github actions

* Added Github Workflow Bagde
