- doc: Fix LSP IDE setup instructions and add Zed editor guide
- doc: Clarify supported Python version range
The previous LSP-based IDE instructions invoked CMake and Ninja directly, which no longer works with the current build system. Replace them with the working build.py workflow and document how to link or merge compile_commands.json. Add a new Zed editor guide covering clangd's --query-driver configuration for the ARM GCC toolchain, and ignore the .zed settings directory in .gitignore.
Python >=3.13 does not currently work with the build system. Update the requirement to reflect the actual supported range.
