Big overhaul to hyperlink handling, as previewed in my increasingly weary comments in #24.
Managed to get tooltips working great, though!
As-yet unimplemented:
tree-viewservice to accept a project path and reveal that path in the tree view. Until then, all hyperlinks on directories will open in the file explorer instead of within Pulsar.No tests yet, so I'm keeping it in draft. (Not sure how easy it will be to test this stuff in automated fashion, but I should at least try!)
